Actor-producer-writer-manager-mentor, Founder and Artistic Co-Director of the award-winning SAWITRI Theatre Group, Jasmine works in theatre in Mississauga in various capacities and also in films (credits listed on imdb.com). An award-winning writer, Jasmine has written and co-written plays and scripts for SAWITRI Theatre Group and Sampradaya Dance Creations and Academy. Jasmine is equally committed to community-engaged arts projects for SAWITRI, addressing food scarcity, skills acquisition for marginalized groups and domestic violence. Jasmine is also the Executive Director of Sampradaya Dance Creations. She has served on many boards in the past and is currently on the board of Jumblies Theatre.
