Know more about the Canada Literature Festival

Set against the backdrop of Canada’s sweeping landscapes and rich cultural heritage, the Canada Literature Festival is a celebration of stories that shape the soul of a nation.

ABOUT ICAC

Founded in 2014, the Indo-Canada Arts Council (ICAC) is a federally registered, non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-religious non-profit organization in Canada. Guided by a volunteer board of directors and an experienced advisory board, ICAC draws on expertise across arts, finance, media, education, technology, and social work to foster community engagement.

ICAC proudly presents the Canada Literature Festival, a vibrant platform celebrating knowledge, ideas, and dialogue among authors, thinkers, and readers. Since 2017, ICAC has received support from the Government of Canada (Canadian Heritage – Building Communities Through Arts & Heritage), the Government of Ontario (Experience Ontario), the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), and various municipalities across Canada and India for its Diwali RazzMatazz Festivals.

The organization also hosts signature events such as the International Day of Yoga and India’s Independence Day at Niagara Falls, highlighted by the illumination of the falls in India’s tricolour. Additionally, ICAC’s Creators Gala recognizes excellence and innovation in artistic and cultural fields.
